Payment Options

Customers must have a form of payment ready in order to place an order.

Credit Terms are available. Fill out the U.S. Balloon Credit Application and fax it to 800.832-9872. Download the USB Credit Application here. Instructions are included. You'll need Adobe Reader to view PDFs. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it free from Adobe.com.

Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Please have the credit card number, expiration date, security code, the name on the card, and the billing address ready when you call to place an order.

Check by Phone. Just have a check # and have your checking account information ready when you call. There is no need ever to mail in a check! Your payment is accepted over the phone.

For personal checks, please have your Account#, ABA/Routing#, Check#, Driver’s License number, Social Security number, date of birth, address on check and phone number.

For company checks, please have your Account#, ABA/Routing#, Check# and the billing address on the check.

Please note that post-dated checks cannot be accepted.



Auto-Pay by Credit Card or Bank Account. Fill out a USB Auto-Pay Form and fax to 800.983.9872. USB Credit Application must be approved to participate in Auto-Pay Program.
