Freight Policies

Freight is Free* on orders shipped nationwide from our warehouse (Brooklyn, NY) and delivered within two business days if the order is complete and credit-cleared by 1pm EST, except for:

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Remote locations and residential addresses not within the standard service
level of UPS.

Some products are not included in standard two-day delivery and are indicated
throughout the printed catalog as delivered in 3-5 days, 7-10 days, or 4 weeks.
