U.S. Balloon is a business-to-business distributor and we only sell wholesale.
For NY State businesses, a completed Resale Certificate is required. You can download a Resale Certificate at www.usballoon.com/forms.
For new businesses applying for a Resale Number, we will charge NY State sales tax on your order and refund it to you upon receipt of a completed Resale Certificate within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, you must apply to NY State for a refund.
How
To Order
We offer same-day shipping* for orders placed by 5pm EST and there is no extra charge for this service. Orders placed after 5pm EST are shipped the next business day.
Customers can place orders via phone, fax, email, electronic data transfer (EDI), and through our website at usballoon.com. There is a $100 minimum order requirement for all orders.
• Phone Orders. Call us toll free at 800.285.4000 from Monday-Friday between 9:00 am – 5 PM EST. We are closed on U.S. Federal holidays.
• Fax Orders. Fax your order to 800.832.9872 using our Fax Order Form, available at usballoon.com/forms. We will not accept fax orders on any other form.
• Email Orders. Email your order to csdept@usballoon.com using our Email Order Form available at usballoon.com/forms.
• Online Orders. Simply sign in at usballoon.com with your U.S. Balloon Web Ordering Account login and password. If you do not have an account, you can set one up and instantly start shopping.
• EDI Ordering. For additional information, email edi@usballoon.com.
Please be ready with the following information when you call to place your order:
• Account#
• Form of payment
• Shipping Address (if different from Bill-to on the account)
• List of USB item codes
• Unique Purchase Order# (if your store uses Purchase Orders)
• Requested In-Store Arrival Date (you can choose the arrival date of your order)
*All orders must be credit-cleared by 5:00 PM EST to be targeted to ship the same day. Some items may ship separately and at a later date due to weight and/or availability. U.S. Balloon is not responsible for weather-related delays or delays caused by our delivery providers. Same-Day Shipping Policy does not apply for new shipping addresses.
Delivery
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders over $200* that are shipped within the U.S. and Canada. (Includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Ground Service Only.)
• Orders of less than $200* will receive a shipping charge of $10.00 per box.
• For home-based businesses, there is a $3.50 surcharge per box on all orders. This charge applies to each box shipped to an address coded as residential through UPS.
• U.S. deliveries are made typically within five business days from day of shipment.
• Customers may upgrade to UPS Next-Day Air, 2-Day Air, or 3-Day Select when ordering. Additional charges will apply.
*Based on the amount of shippable merchandise at the time your order is placed.
Pick-Up Orders
We offer pick-up orders for our local customers. To arrange for a pick-up order, your order must be placed and credit-cleared by 12pm EST. You must indicate the order is for 'Pick Up' at the time the order is placed. Minimum order is $100.
Pick-Up times are Monday through Friday from 4pm-5pm only.
International Orders
There are several options available to you:
1. We can ship orders to a freight forwarder of your choice, within the U.S. (we cannot select one for you). We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for orders over $200 that are shipped within the U.S. and Canada.
2. You can arrange for your freight forwarder to have your order picked up at U.S. Balloon Co. You would need to arrange for payment to your freight forwarder. Simply ask your customer service rep to set your order as a pick-up and we will have your order and documentation ready.
3. Ship directly to your location via UPS International. UPS International offers two service levels:
1. Expedite 5-Day Service, where available.
2. Express 3-Day service, where available. Our UPS International rates are discounted to match USPS priority mail.
For web, fax, and email orders: a representative will send you a copy of your order, including shipping charges, for your review and approval.
U.S. Balloon is not responsible for customs charges, taxes and duties.
Freight charges may appear on your credit card statement as a second charge.

Deliveries are made typically within one to five business days from day of shipment.

Credit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Please have the credit card number, expiration date, security code, the name on the card, and the billing address ready when you call to place an order.
Auto Pay. You can set-up automatic payments with a credit card or checking account. We’ll automatically charge your account on the dates your invoices are due. Download our Auto-Pay Form at www.usballoon.com/forms.
Check by Phone. Just have a check #, your checking account number and bank routing number ready when you call. There is no need to ever mail in a check! Your payment will be processed during the call.

There is a $100 minimum for all orders.
*Order amounts are based on the amount of in-stock, shippable merchandise at the time your order is placed. Prices are subject to change without notice. U.S. Balloon is not liable for typographical errors. Order discounts cannot be combined with other price promotions or special offers.
Policies
Liability Policy
Management reserves the right to decline any order deemed out of the ordinary in terms of service or special handling.
You shall have no claim against U.S. Balloon for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of expected profits.
U.S. Balloon is not liable for typographical errors.
Discrepancies and Requests for Credit
Any request for credit due to discrepancies between what was ordered and what was shipped must be made within five business days from the date of delivery. Call Customer Service at 800.285.4000.
Quality Policy
U.S. Balloon is committed to supplying only top-quality merchandise. As with any product in the novelty business, especially with balloons, there is a small percentage of incidental damage arising from handling and displaying of the product. U.S. Balloon does not issue credit for miscellaneous or accumulated product defects.
Returns
If a return is necessary, you must contact our Customer Service Dept for instructions at 800.285.4000. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee for all refused orders.
Damaged Delivery
Check your boxes for damage before you sign for them. If there is outer carton damage, mark “damaged” on the driver’s record before you sign. Call Customer Service immediately at 800.285.4000 for instructions on how to file a claim. You can also refuse the shipment due to damage. Please call Customer Service immediately if you refuse the order.
