Our plan to grow through operational excellence and to remain the low-cost provider of balloon products and services remains the strategy for 2010. We continue to reduce costs while improving services. It’s not a contradiction. As our customer satisfaction improves, our internal operating expenses decline!
We’ve started a blog called U.S. Balloon “noodle” factory. That’s “noodle” as in brainstorming visionary innovation and relentless cost-cutting. Our greatest inspiration is you, the customer: the reason we exist and the source of continuous improvement. Please visit the blog often – we want to collaborate.
